Mövenpick Hotel Auckland is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise staff across shifts, train team members, handle guest feedback, and ensure health and safety standards while contributing to stock management and upselling opportunities. A professional, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Duty Manager’s Certificate is required.
• Proven experience leading teams in a busy service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues.
• Passion for people, food and guest experience.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel environments preferred.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee and support the day‑to‑day operations of our Food and Beverage team at Movenpick Hotel Auckland. This role is responsible for supervising service delivery, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day‑to‑day operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate team members on shift, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
• Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests.
• Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards, maintaining a clean, safe and well‑presented environment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure high levels of product knowledge and 5‑star service delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Support departmental financial performance, including assisting with stock management and upselling.
