Mövenpick Hotel Auckland is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the F&B team. You will supervise service delivery and ensure guest experiences meet high standards in a busy hotel environment.

Join a team delivering 5-star service and uphold health, safety, and quality standards. The role includes coaching staff, managing stock, and contributing to guest satisfaction at Accor properties in downtown Auckland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Duty Manager's Certificate (required).
• Proven experience leading and supervising teams in a busy service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate team members on shift, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
• Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests.
• Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards, maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented environment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure high levels of product knowledge and 5-star service delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Support departmental financial performance, including assisting with stock management and upselling.
