Novotel Auckland Airport is seeking an experienced F&B supervisor to oversee daily operations alongside the F&B Manager, ensuring service, cleanliness and policy standards across outlets.

You will lead, coach and develop a team of 20+ staff, drive guest experiences through brand ambassadorship, manage rosters and labour costs, and support promotions while upholding Accor's Heartist culture and revenue goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality.
• LCQ or Managers Certificate required; tertiary degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience leading 20+ staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel systems.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily F&B operations with the F&B Manager, ensuring outlets meet service, cleanliness, and policy standards.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through ambassadoring of the Novotel brand and service culture, while maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members through delegation, feedback, and daily briefings.
• Assist in creating promotions, merchandising plans, and advertising initiatives while identifying operational improvements.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met while upholding Accor Heartist culture and compliance.
• Support departmental financial goals by managing rosters, controlling labour costs, and maintaining accurate POS and cash-handling practices.
