Job summary

Mr Apple, New Zealand’s premier vertically integrated apple business, seeks an Export Sales Executive to join the Head Office in Whakatu. You will work at the crossroads of customer relationships, market insights, and commercial performance to support international sales programmes and deliver business impact.

You’ll collaborate with Export Sales Managers, coordinate forecasts and data across markets, analyse trends and provide supply updates, helping drive forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or a commercial environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Data-driven with the ability to interpret information and communicate insights clearly.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Export Sales Managers with customer engagement, business reviews and sales reporting
• Coordinate forecasts, demand planning, fruit allocations and programme data across markets, working closely with Logistics and other internal teams
• Provide customers with supply updates and support with requests
• Analyse market trends, pricing, customer profitability and programme performance to support better decision-making
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting
