Job summary

South Architects Limited in Christchurch, NZ, seeks an Experienced Architectural Graduate with a minimum of two years of NZ experience to join our friendly studio. You will support concept development, produce construction documentation in ArchiCAD, and liaise with councils, consultants, clients, and suppliers.

You should hold an MArch, be proficient in ArchiCAD and Photoshop, understand NZBC, NZS 3604, and the Resource Management Act, and manage your time effectively in a small team.

About you

• Appropriate architectural qualification relevant to the Architectural Graduate role (MArch)
• Minimum 2 years full time experience in New Zealand
• Minimum 2 years ArchiCAD experience
• Photoshop knowledge
• Familiar with NZBC, NZS 3604, and Resource Management Act
• The ability to manage your own time and prioritise tasks
• Motivated to complete tasks within allocated hours, to a high standard
