The Opportunity
You will provide high-level executive support to senior leaders and act as an important point of coordination across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and internal priorities
- Managing correspondence with stakeholders and following up key actions
- Preparing reports, presentations and professional documentation
- Coordinating travel and itineraries where required
- Organising internal and external meetings and events
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders
- Managing confidential and commercially sensitive information
- Supporting senior leaders with projects and business initiatives
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring important actions are progressed
- Providing wider administrative and operational support as required
About You
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident supporting senior professionals and managing multiple priorities independently.
You will ideally bring:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrator
- Experience supporting Partners, Directors, executives or senior leadership
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office capability
- Excellent judgement when handling confidential information
- A proactive and solutions-focused working style
- The ability to anticipate requirements and stay one step ahead
