Job summary

Tribe Recruitment in Auckland CBD is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leaders and coordinate the busy office.

This fixed-term contract runs through 30 June 2027, four days onsite, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to contribute to culture and events while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar support role.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands.
  • High emotional intelligence, good judgment and a proactive approach.
  • Confidently influence and navigate competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including scheduling, agendas and minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders and assist the Executive Assistant as required.
  • Manage travel arrangements and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Welcome visitors and maintain a positive and professional office environment.
  • Support office initiatives, events and social committee activities.

What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, or similar support role
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and a proactive approach
  • Confidence to respectfully challenge, influence and find solutions when managing competing priorities
