Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Hamilton to manage day-to-day site operations and support our client with a welcoming, efficient environment. You will administer facilities tasks, coordinate works and contractors, and ensure HSE compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Facilities administration work - raise purchase orders, work orders, data and maintenance registers
  • Co-coordinating planned preventative works, reactive works and contractor management
  • Carrying out site inspections and adherence to HSE compliance
  • Provide superior customer service and build strong working relationships with our client and all stakeholders

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team to manage day to day operations for one of our clients. This role is key in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors, and supporting organizational efficiency.

The Opportunity:
  • Assisting the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations of the site

  • Is dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think quickly on their feet and problem solve
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in core Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role
  • Fulltime availability - 5 days
