Job summary

Pacific Health Group in Auckland CBD is seeking a Property Coordinator to support day-to-day management of our nationwide property portfolio, ensuring staff and clients have safe, fit-for-purpose facilities. This role offers exposure to maintenance coordination, supplier relationships, and lease administration while learning from an experienced team.

Ideal candidates are energetic, well-organised recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong communication, basic building maintenance

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable, comfortable talking to a wide range of people.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in customer-facing or admin roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.
• Support property improvement projects and attend site visits.
• Assist with compliance checks, audits and collecting safety documents.
• Oversee service contracts and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Maintain property records and assist with basic lease administration.
• Ensure sustainability guidelines are followed in purchasing and procurement.
