Job summary

The Instillery in Auckland is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Technician who will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly, efficient and secure technical support to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll manage high call volumes, raise tickets for advanced teams, troubleshoot Windows, Exchange, Office 365 and AzureAD, and work with a collaborative team to solve problems and deliver great customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, either in office environment or tertiary institute.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate ticketing/administration.
• MSP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for client IT needs, delivering friendly, secure support.
• Manage high call volume and raise tickets to senior teams as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Exchange, Office 365 and AzureAD.
