Eliot Sinclair & Partners Ltd. in Queenstown, New Zealand, invites a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team and build practical experience on high-quality civil infrastructure and land development projects across the South Island.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or near completion.
• Genuine interest in civil infrastructure and land development.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support civil infrastructure and land development projects including roading, drainage, stormwater, wastewater and water reticulation.
• Assist with engineering designs, technical documentation, tender documents and schedules of prices.
• Develop understanding of design standards, project requirements and construction processes.
• Attend site visits to observe project progression.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and specialists across disciplines.
• Learn from experienced engineers and gradually take on more responsibility.
