Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support civil infrastructure and land development projects including roading, drainage, stormwater, wastewater and water reticulation.
• Assist with engineering designs, technical documentation, tender documents and schedules of prices.
• Develop understanding of design standards, project requirements and construction processes.
• Attend site visits to observe project progression.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and specialists across disciplines.
• Learn from experienced engineers and gradually take on more responsibility.

Summary:

We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Queenstown. This is an opportunity to build practical experience, learn from experienced professionals and contribute to high-quality projects across the South Island.

You may be a recent civil engineering graduate or have relevant experience from internships, summer work, or an early-career engineering role. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and interest in developing a career in civil engineering.

Applicants must be currently living in New Zealand to be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting civil infrastructure and land development projects, including roading, drainage, stormwater, wastewater and water reticulation.
• Assisting with engineering designs, technical documentation, tender documents and schedules of prices.

• Getting out on site and seeing projects progress through to completion.
• Working alongside clients, project managers and specialists from across our disciplines.
