Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or business development.
• Strong track record of retaining and growing customer portfolios.
• Experience managing enterprise or multi-site client relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills with disciplined CRM management.
• Confident across multiple technology platforms and business systems.
• Ability to balance customer advocacy with commercial outcomes.
• Healthcare, rehabilitation, occupational health, or wellbeing sector experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise and national clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase service utilisation.
• Deliver onboarding experiences for new clients.
• Understand client objectives and provide tailored workplace health solutions.
• Lead regular business reviews and present insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and account plans.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent Pacific Health Group professionally across meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across New Zealand.
