Job summary

Pacific Health Group in Wellington is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to grow private sector partnerships across New Zealand. You will blend strategic account management with business development to strengthen client engagement and expand service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or business development.
• Strong track record of retaining and growing customer portfolios.
• Experience managing enterprise or multi-site client relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills with disciplined CRM management.
• Confidence working across multiple technology platforms and business systems.
• Balance customer advocacy with commercial outcomes.
• Experience within healthcare, rehabilitation, occupational health, insurance, or wellbeing services would be advantageous.

About the Role

As our Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for building and growing relationships with a diverse portfolio of private sector clients. Working closely with operational and clinical teams, you'll identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, increase client engagement, and support sustainable business growth.

This is a highly visible role that blends strategic account management, business development, and customer success. You'll become a trusted advisor to clients while helping organisations improve health, wellbeing, and workplace outcomes for their people.
