Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking a Technology Business Partner within NZiT to own and optimize enterprise applications, acting as the primary technology relationship manager for assigned Lines of Service. You’ll ensure applications are stable, secure and aligned to business needs while supporting technology changes.

In this role you’ll oversee Level 2/3 support, coordinate major incidents, translate business needs into tech outcomes, and drive service improvements across a professional services

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application or service management for enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of service improvement and cost savings.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned enterprise applications and ensure service health and performance.
• Provide Level 2/3 support oversight and coordinate major incidents.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and translate business needs into tech outcomes.
