Job summary

Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) seeks an experienced Engineering Manager (Transact) to shape engineering excellence across BNZ Technology and guide the CLR Programme and Transaction and Investments domain. This 24-month fixed-term role focuses on standards, scalability, and cross-team collaboration.

You will mentor engineers, drive improvements with data, and partner across consumer product, platform and programme teams to balance consistency with innovation.
