BNZ is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (Transact) to shape engineering excellence across BNZ Technology and to lead the CLR Programme Transact capability as it scales across Business Term Lending, Home Lending and related domains. You will work with across Consumer Product & Services, platform and delivery teams to align practices with technology objectives.

You will mentor engineers, drive the adoption of engineering standards, and use data-driven metrics to improve performance,
