Job summary

Tribe Group is recruiting for a customer service role in Auckland to support retail electricity customers across billing, metering and switching. You’ll handle enquiries mainly by email and assist with outbound contact when needed, collaborating with the operations team to refine templates and journeys.

You’ll join a small, fast-moving team in a collaborative office, with opportunities to influence processes and grow within the growing energy sector.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to navigate evolving processes without scripts.
• Comfort with numbers, billing information, and customer data.
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment.
• Experience in electricity, utilities, solar, battery or telco is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support retail electricity customers across billing, metering, switching and general queries.
• Manage enquiries primarily via email, with some outbound contact when required.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve templates, processes and customer journeys.
