Job summary

TribeRecruit New Zealand in Auckland CBD is seeking a customer service professional to support financial services clients with account, portal, balance and withdrawal-related enquiries. You’ll handle inbound phone calls initially and expand to email support, building product knowledge and contributing to a collaborative customer experience team focused on quality service.

Working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) with hybrid work after sign-off: three days in the office

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, contact centre or administration experience.
• Confidence communicating with customers over the phone and by email.
• A positive, enthusiastic approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
• Financial services or KiwiSaver experience is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with account, portal, balance and withdrawal-related enquiries.
• Handle inbound phone calls initially, before expanding into email support.
• Work across a variety of customer queries while building product knowledge.
• Be part of a collaborative customer experience team focused on quality service.
