Job summary

Lodestone Energy is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to keep day-to-day retail activities running smoothly in Auckland. You will manage customer onboarding, billing, metering data, and reconciliation, while delivering accurate reporting and great service.

Working with a small, collaborative team, you’ll improve processes, fix data issues, and support customer communications as needed. The role suits someone with 2+ years in customer support and a detail-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer support (billing/data focus preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Confidence working with data, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to great service.
• Experience in NZ electricity retail market/utilities/telco preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding, switching from existing energy provider, and CRM setup.
• Support billing and ensure accurate charges.
• Maintain and validate metering data.
• Assist with reconciliation and reporting.
• Help resolve customer queries related to billing, pricing, and metering.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
• Provide occasional support to customer communications when needed.
