Cushman & Wakefield in Christchurch is seeking a maintenance technician to perform reactive maintenance and small projects, and to assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance. You will be part of a diverse trades team based at Paragon Place, serving major NZ clients including banks, government agencies and universities.
The role requires HVAC trade qualifications, strong health and safety commitment, and excellent English. Training and a supportive benefits program are provided.

Your role will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work, but also assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance works. The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades working out of our Christchurch office in Paragon Place. Our clients include major banks, Government agencies, universities, prisons and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.
Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviours in commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver's license.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
