Fulton Hogan is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead our Central Otago Electrical team based in Alexandra. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coordinating projects, guiding frontline crews and ensuring safe, on-time delivery across multiple sites.

You’ll work with the Electrical Department Manager to optimise performance, manage budgets and build strong client relationships while supporting your team with clear direction and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NZ Electrician registration and a valid NZ driver licence.
• Experience in electrical operations including planning, resource coordination and delivering work to programme.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Solid budgeting, pricing and job costing understanding.
• Familiarity with asset management systems; CMMS, VSD, motors or PLC experience is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day electrical operations across projects in Central Otago.
• Support and develop the team with clear expectations and high safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage programme delivery, resourcing, job costing, budgets, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Spend time in yard and on site to troubleshoot issues and keep plant, fleet and crews running smoothly.
