Fulton Hogan in Alexandra, Central Otago, is hiring an Electrical Supervisor to lead our Central Otago Electrical team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on people, plant and fleet performance across regional projects, combining planning, client relations and site delivery with a practical, down-to-earth approach.

You will work with the Electrical Department Manager to maintain smooth day-to-day operations, lift service delivery and support a safety-conscious team, while driving KPI

Competenze

• Registration as a New Zealand Electrician and a current driver licence.
• Proven experience in electrical operations, planning and delivering work to programme.
• Strong people leadership skills and ability to coach others.
• Solid budgeting, pricing, job costing and understanding costs.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day electrical operations across projects in Central Otago.
• Support and develop your team, set clear expectations, and drive high standards in safety, quality and performance.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage programme delivery, resourcing, job costing, budgets, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Spend time in the yard and on site to troubleshoot issues, audit work, provide direction and keep plant, fleet and crews running smoothly.
