Fulton Hogan Limited is seeking a senior electrical leader in Christchurch to drive performance across the Electrical Department. You will lead and develop a team of electricians, manage pricing and delivery for internal and external works, and nurture strong client relationships to sustain ongoing workload.

The role requires solid senior leadership, technical electrical knowledge in industrial/.infrastructure settings, and a strong focus on safety, quality and commercial outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience leading a team and mentoring electricians.
• Solid experience in the electrical contracting industry.
• Experience in industrial electrical maintenance, infrastructure electrical works, ITS or traffic signals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Sound commercial and financial understanding.
• Ability to manage tendering, pricing and delivery outcomes.
• Full Class 1 driver licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Christchurch Electrical Department and support day-to-day performance of the team.
• Provide direction, coaching and performance support to electricians across the department.
• Oversee contract delivery to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Manage tendering activity and contribute to strong commercial and financial outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future growth and workload.
• Support planning, resourcing and workflow management across internal and external electrical works.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, quality and compliance across all activities.
