Job summary

Parliamentary Service is seeking three HR Coordinators on fixed-term contracts from October 2026 to 31 May 2027 to support Parliament through the General Election transition period. You will gain exposure to recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, employment administration, customer service, and HR systems while working with experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in HR or similar roles.
• Interest in employment and people-related processes.
• Ability to self-manage and collaborate to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service-ticketing systems.
