Our role is to support the people who lead and shape New Zealand's democracy, with Parliamentary Service and Office of the Clerk. HR is a core function supporting Parliament, with our highly motivated HR team comprising Partnering & Advisory, Payroll, Talent, Organisational Development, Systems and Data Reporting.
Although you will be part of the Partnering & Advisory team who provide HR advice under the "One Team" HR approach, you will also support the wider HR function. The salary range for this role is $66,097 - $72,754 per annum. Appointments will be based on skills and experience (please note, the full salary range extends beyond this to allow for progression).
