Job summary

LIC is seeking a Product Specialist on a fixed-term contract to own the animal ear tag portfolio and deliver an outstanding ordering experience for customers and sales teams. This role sits at the intersection of operations, customer experience, product and technology, overseeing end-to-end order management, supplier performance and fulfilment processes.

You will drive improvements across Salesforce and MyLIC, collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Suppliers and Technology

Qualifications

Experience managing operational sales, ordering or fulfilment processes with customers and suppliers.
Strong Salesforce knowledge across CRM and ecommerce functionality.
Commercial acumen including forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
Experience partnering with technical teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day animal ear tag ordering and fulfilment.
Manage performance across ordering, fulfilment, support and supplier relationships.
Monitor supplier service levels and drive improvements.
Lead resolution of escalated customer and fulfilment issues.
Partner with tech teams to enhance Salesforce and MyLIC ordering capabilities.
Support sales, marketing and customer communications for the tag portfolio.
Assist with planning and delivery of sales campaigns.
Maintain processes, docs and resources for customer-facing teams.
Analyse order volumes and fulfilment performance.
