Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced digital product and eCommerce specialist to own and triage enhancement requests across New World banners and eCommerce touchpoints. You balance customer value with operational impact, working with IT Product Owners to prioritise deliverables and track outcomes.

You will champion governance, build hands-on capability in Dynamic Yield, and communicate clearly to stakeholders while supporting the ECommerce Digital Manager with planning, delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, digital, technology, product, operations or a similar environment
• Ability to assess competing requests and balance customer value, operational impact, business benefit and delivery effort
• Excellent planning, written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working independently, managing priorities and making decisions within agreed governance frameworks
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Experience using platforms or tools such as GA4, Looker Studio or content management systems considered advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own and triage digital enhancement requests from New World, PAK’nSAVE, Four Square and other business units
• Use commercial and operational judgement to identify the highest-value opportunities
• Partner with IT Product Owners to evaluate and prioritise requests
• Balance customer value, commercial outcomes, operational impact and delivery effort
• Track digital initiatives against timelines, objectives and expected outcomes
• Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders
• Maintain the governance framework and knowledge base for eCommerce capabilities
• Help stakeholders understand functionality, priorities and delivery trade-offs
• Build hands-on capability in Dynamic Yield
• Support the eCommerce Digital Manager with planning, delivery and reporting
