Job summary

Woolworths Group NZ is seeking a hands-on supervisor to manage order fulfilment and lead a team on site in Kerikeri. You will ensure accurate processing, coach the swarm, and escalate issues when needed while upholding safety and quality standards.

As a leader, you’ll drive collaboration across functions, promote Woolworths values, and enable continuous improvement in daily operations. Weekend shifts and at least one evening per week are expected.

Responsibilities

• Process Management & Order Fulfillment: follow routines for timely, accurate order completion and freshness checks.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: lead the swarm, train and coach, step in as Acting Store Manager on shifts.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: identify issues and escalate to the Function Lead for resolution.
• Safety & Wellbeing Advocacy: uphold safety protocols and focus on team wellbeing.
• Collaboration & Communication: engage in team collaboration and communication initiatives.
