Job summary

Woolworths Group New Zealand is seeking a hands-on operations coordinator to manage and maintain process flow within an assigned workstream. You’ll work closely with your Team Leader and the swarm to drive efficiency, ensure timely completion and adherence to guidelines.

You’ll lead with a safety-first mindset, train and coach team members, resolve issues swiftly, and collaborate across functions to keep stores running smoothly. Weekend shifts and occasional evenings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong ability in process excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborative partnerships with other functions and stakeholders.

• Ability to work four weekend shifts per month and at least one evening per week.

• Execute operational routines to complete processes accurately and on time.
• Lead the swarm within your function and coach team members.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by following protocols.
• Resolve store issues and step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.
