Job summary

Briscoe Group in Queenstown is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will run shifts, train staff, and support online orders in a fast-paced store environment.

The role is full-time (38 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday) with opportunities for development and growth within NZ''s iconic Briscoes Homeware/Rebel Sport brands.

Qualifications

• Previous Duty Manager experience preferred.
• Interest in pursuing a retail career.
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operating the tills
• Leading the team to provide first class customer service
• Responsible for running a shift
• Training and coaching the team
• Supporting online customers by efficiently picking and packing orders
• Ensuring accurate pricing on tickets
• Maintaining a clean and tidy department
• Be a Health & Safety advocate

Join our dynamic team in Queenstown as a Duty Manager, where your role will focus on team leadership, running shifts, training and coaching team members, and leading the charge on providing an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for someone that's available to work full-time, Sunday to Thursday, 38 hours per week.
