Job summary

Briscoes Homeware in Napier is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts, train and coach staff, and drive a standout customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work Wednesday to Saturday, 35 hours per week, with responsibilities including health and safety adherence, pricing accuracy, and supporting online orders.

Qualifications

• Previous Duty Manager experience is preferred.
• Able to lead a retail team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Flexible for Wednesday to Saturday shifts, 35 hours per week.
