Job summary

Briscoes Homeware in Queenstown is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a high-energy retail team. You will run shifts, train staff, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Duty Manager experience is preferred.
• Passionate about pursuing a retail career.

• A commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace.

• Operating the tills.
• Leading the team to provide first class customer service.
• Responsible for running a shift.
• Training and coaching the team.
• Supporting online customers by efficiently picking and packing orders.
• Ensuring accurate pricing on tickets.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy department.
• Be a Health & Safety advocate.

Join our dynamic team in Queenstown as a Duty Manager, where your role will focus on team leadership, running shifts, training and coaching team members, and leading the charge on providing an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for someone that's available to work full-time, Sunday to Thursday, 38 hours per week.
