Job summary

New World Feilding, part of Foodstuffs North Island, is seeking an Evening Duty Manager to lead the team during the 9pm close, Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday. You will direct staff, ensure shelves are replenished, rosters prepared and store standards upheld.

You should have retail supervisory experience, strong communication, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to customer service in a fast-paced environment. Join a locally owned supermarket delivering a warm welcome and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory roles or similar.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lead a small team.
• Detail oriented with a proactive approach.
