WM New Zealand is seeking a permanent, full-time Driver to operate heavy vehicles including front loaders and sideload/rear-load trucks. You will collect, transport and dispose of waste, perform daily safety checks, and use in-cab tech to manage routes and paperwork while upholding a safety-first culture.
The role requires a Class 4 NZ licence, solid heavy-vehicle experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This is a permanent, full-time role in an essential service industry where reliability, teamwork, and care for safety really matter.
As a Driver, you will be responsible for operating a vehicle and equipment on board to ensure a safe and timely collection of service. You’ll also be required to keep accurate records and paperwork and undertake vehicle safety checks. You will also be driving a range of vehicles including front loaders, sideload and rear load trucks.
At times there may be some heavy lifting so you will need to have a reasonable level of fitness. From previous experience, you’ll already know the importance of health and safety in the workplace, and you’ll champion our culture of making sure everyone gets home safely.
