Job summary

ATT Apprenticeships in Christchurch is seeking a Drainlaying Apprentice to gain practical experience with qualified tradespeople in drainage systems.

You will learn to read site plans, set out works, prepare trenches, lay pipes, and ensure safety and compliance standards, with a regular wage as you train and opportunities to advance.

Applicants should be reliable, have some job experience, a driver's licence, and be NZ residents; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Be reliable - on time every time.
• Have some job experience - labouring, farming, plumbing, or holiday jobs.
• Be good with your hands - know how to use tools.
• Have your driver\'s licence (Restricted or Full) with reliable transport to get to work.
• Have a clean criminal record.
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.
• Be a NZ permanent resident or citizen.
