Job summary

Beyond Recruitment in Wellington is seeking an experienced Drainage Supervisor to lead drainage crews across multiple projects. You will manage site teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety, quality, and budget targets are met.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in civil construction as Foreman or Supervisor, strong drainage knowledge, and valid Drainlayer/Water Reticulation qualifications. A hands-on leader who is down-to-earth will fit well.

Are you an experienced Drainage Supervisor or Project Manager ready to take the next step with a tier 1 contractor?

I am seeking a site leader to oversee drainage crews across a range of projects across the Wellington region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong project pipeline, modern equipment, and a reputation for delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

As the Drainage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading site teams, coordinating daily operations, ensuring productivity targets are achieved, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ideally, you’re down to earth, happy to get your hands dirty, and you’ve seen it all before.
