Job summary

North Drill Ltd in Te Tai Tokerau (Whangārei, Northland) is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to plan works, organise teams, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and deliver projects safely and to a high standard.

You'll lead multiple onsite teams on civil construction projects, including those valued over $1 million, uphold safety, monitor progress and keep programmes on track. Applicants must have strong supervisory experience and be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience.
  • Experience supervising jobs valued at over $1 million.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ability to plan works and organise teams.
  • Solutions-focused with ability to work under pressure.
  • Level 4 water qualifications (advantageous).
  • Potable water experience (advantageous).
  • Water reticulation experience (advantageous).

About the role

We are looking for a capable and confident Site Supervisor to take responsibility for planning works, organising teams, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role would suit someone with strong supervisory experience in civil construction, who is comfortable managing multiple onsite teams and overseeing projects of significant value.
