Job summary

Beyond Recruitment in Wellington is seeking an experienced Drainage Supervisor to lead drainage crews across multiple projects. You will manage site teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety, quality, and budget targets are met.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in civil construction as Foreman or Supervisor, strong drainage knowledge, and valid Drainlayer/Water Reticulation qualifications. A hands-on leader who is down-to-earth will fit well.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil construction experience in a Foreman or Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of deep drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and associated infrastructure.
• Certified Drainlayer, Water Reticulation, and safety quals.

Responsibilities

• Manage drainage projects across the Wellington region.
• Supervise drainage crews and subcontractors on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily works and resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
