Job summary

Aa Insurance is seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to join our Digital Experience team. You will monitor digital channels and customer journeys, turning data into actionable insights to improve performance and decision-making.

The role involves partnering with Product, Design and Technology to optimise experiences, including A/B testing and ongoing performance reporting. Flexible working arrangements and a wellbeing-focused benefits program are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with digital analysis or relevant analytics experience.
• Experience using Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics for digital performance reporting and analysis.
• Understanding of digital platforms and customer journeys, and how digital performance insights can support broader business and marketing outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and performance of digital platforms, self-service channels and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Use digital, customer and operational data to identify customer drop-off, friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Turn data and performance trends into clear, practical insights and recommendations that support decision-making and prioritisation.
• Develop and maintain digital performance reporting and metrics, providing stakeholders with visibility of performance, risks and outcomes.
• Support analysis of digital sales, servicing and customer journeys, including A/B and multivariate testing, to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, Content, Technology and operational teams to support continuous improvement of our digital experiences.
