You'll work in an Agile Scrum environment, partner with stakeholders, translate requirements into user stories, and support delivery of digital initiatives to improve customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile environments and Scrum teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges, customer needs and opportunities with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to define requirements and shape solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories and delivery-ready artefacts for Scrum teams.
• Support testing and validation to ensure solutions work across systems and channels.
