Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to bridge business needs, customer outcomes and technology solutions. You will support delivery teams by translating requirements into user stories and artefacts, facilitate workshops, and collaborate across business and technology to drive meaningful digital changes.

Qualifications

Experience in Agile environments and supporting a Scrum team.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Facilitate workshops and conversations to define requirements and shape solutions.
Translate requirements into user stories and artefacts for Scrum teams.
Partner across teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify dependencies.
Support testing and validation to ensure solutions work across systems and channels.
