Club Management Association of New Zealand (CMA NZ) is seeking an Operations & Member Services Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the association in Auckland.

You will manage membership databases, assist with invoicing using Xero, maintain the website and digital channels, and help coordinate education programmes and the annual conference.

The role suits a highly organized, digitally confident communicator who can work independently and explore AI-enabled efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Organised and digitally confident with initiative.
• Excellent communicator able to work independently.
• Experience with databases, Microsoft Office, Xero, websites, and digital communications.
• Interest in using technology and AI to boost efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Membership administration, database management and communications.
• Website, social media, newsletters and digital platforms.
• Invoicing, Xero and general administration.
• Coordination of education programmes, events and our annual conference.
• Member surveys, industry research and resource management.
• Administrative support for the Executive Officer and Board.
