Job summary

Tranzit Mangere/Airport Oaks seeks a qualified Diesel Mechanic to join our experienced workshop team. You will carry out routine servicing, minor repairs, and prepare vehicles for COF inspections while upholding safety and quality standards.

With 5+ years of experience, strong diagnostic and repair skills, and a NZ driver's licence, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. We offer a permanent full-time role, 45 hours per week, a fortnightly tool allowance, training recognition, and staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair capabilities.
• Full NZ driver's licence (Class 2 or higher preferred).

We are looking for qualified Diesel Mechanic to join our Mangere/Airport Oaks workshop team. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills while working alongside our experienced and passionate team.

What will your day look like?

• Carrying out routine servicing and minor repairs to keep our fleet road ready.
• Preparing vehicles for COF inspections.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults.
• Ensuring all work meets high safety and quality standards.

We are looking for:

• A Qualified Diesel Mechanic with proven experience (5 years +), preferably within the road transport industry.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• A reliable team player with great communication.
• Full NZ driver's licence (Class 2 or higher preferred).
