Job summary
ACC New Zealand is seeking a Desktop Support Manager in Wellington to lead a team of Desktop Engineers delivering end-to-end digital workplace services across Windows, Microsoft 365 and mobility solutions. You will drive service excellence, coach staff and oversee transitions and improvements, in collaboration with the Manager, Digital Workspace & Engineering.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading technical support or desktop engineering teams within large and complex enterprise environments.
- Significant experience supporting Windows, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Strong knowledge of modern collaboration tools (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint) and identity management.
Responsibilities
- Lead a skilled team of Desktop Engineers delivering a seamless digital workplace experience.
- Provide direction, coaching and oversight across desktop services, Windows, M365, SharePoint and mobility solutions.
- Drive service excellence, continuous improvement and technology adoption while engaging with stakeholders.
