About the role:

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and friendly receptionist to support our small, dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for, while keeping the practice efficient and on track.

A bit about you:

You understand the importance of creating a welcoming first impression and know how to manage the day-to-day moving parts that keep a busy practice running smoothly.

Your family and friends would describe you as organised, proactive, and someone who thrives in a role where you can keep everything on track. You enjoy helping others and know how to make patients feel cared for. You have a calm approach in busy moments, and handle tasks efficiently without needing close supervision.

A few technical bits…

You are pretty tech savvy and either have experience with Exact Dental software, or you know that you’ll pick it up quickly.

You don’t mind jumping on the phone and contacting people. We all know that a call from the dentist can be something people avoid – but you’re okay to call and do follow-ups. You get it!

You take pride in your communication skills, making it a priority to be clear, calm, and reassuring with every patient interaction.
