Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora – Southern is seeking a Support Analyst for the ACC & Eligibility Team in Wellington. The role supports Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley staff and patients with ACC treatment injuries, providing advice, reporting, and training, and handling lodgement, tracking and billing tasks.

The position requires familiarity with ACC processes, solid time management, and basic computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Access, Adobe PDF, or WebPAS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ACC processes and workflows; ability to learn quickly via training.
• Strong time management skills and ability to adapt.
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy; Outlook, Word and Excel required at a basic level.
• Experience with Access, Adobe PDF or IBA WebPAS/Single Clinical Portal is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice, support, reporting and training to staff and patients regarding ACC treatment injuries.
• Serve as the go-to person for Treatment Injury-related queries and processes.
• Assist with lodgement, tracking and billing of treatment injuries and related activities.
