Job summary

NZ Post in Blenheim is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead front-line teams across mail delivery, processing and administration. You will focus on meeting service standards, building strong customer relationships and driving a high-performing culture.

Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership experience, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and comfort with MS Office and Excel. This is a Monday–Friday role with flexibility for extended hours and occasional Saturday duty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading front-line service delivery teams.
• Strong reporting, budgeting and analytical skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office and Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front-line service delivery staff and shifts.
• Monitor performance, safety and wellbeing with a proactive approach.
• Foster a positive team culture and relationships with customers.
• Provide reporting and analysis of operations using Excel.
• Manage rosters, budgets and workforce planning.
• Recruit and onboard new team members and handle escalations.
