Job summary

New Zealand Defence Force, based at RNZAF Base Auckland, Whenuapai, seeks a Customer Experience Representative to deliver timely, accurate shared services for NZDF personnel. You will liaise across units and manage multiple tasks to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong administration skills, and the ability to self-manage in a dynamic team environment. A NZ driver’s licence and eligibility for security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• A strong foundation in customer service and administration.
• Proven interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to self-manage.
• Cash handling experience is advantageous.
• Full clean NZ driver’s licence required.
• Citizenship or permanent residency in NZ or a Five Eyes country for 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Support NZDF personnel by providing timely, accurate, customer-centred shared services.
• Liaise and assist across units and levels within the organisation to deliver services.
• Multitask effectively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to local and national services including travel, expense claims and leave centres.
