Job summary

New Zealand Defence Force in Auckland is recruiting a Customer Experience Representative to deliver timely, accurate shared services to NZDF personnel and their whānau. You will liaise across units, manage diverse tasks, and focus on customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Based at RNZAF Base Auckland, Whenuapai, the role requires strong communication, time management, and self-management skills, with eligibility for the required security clearances.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in customer service and administration.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to self-manage.
• Cash handling experience is advantageous.
• Full clean NZ driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and assist across units and levels to deliver timely, accurate customer-centred shared services.
• Support NZDF personnel and families with a range of services, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to Defence Shared Services Group (DSSG) initiatives and continuous improvement.
